Forgigs reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to review, edit, refuse to publish, or permanently remove any content that we determine violates these Terms, our Content Policy, or applicable law. This includes but is not limited to:

• Immediate removal of content containing racist, discriminatory, hateful, or sexually explicit material
• Suspension or permanent termination of the account responsible for the violating content
• Reporting content or user information to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law or where we determine a credible risk exists

We are not obligated to monitor all content on the Platform but may do so at our discretion. Users who encounter content that violates this policy are encouraged to report it to support@forgigs.com.

Forgigs shall not be liable to you or any third party for the removal or restriction of any content in accordance with this section.
